MAJOR TECHNIQUES

Cell culture, confocal microscopy, digital image processing, electron microscopy, flow systems, fluorescence video microscopy, immunosorbent assays, micromanipulation, spectrofluorometry, bioinformatics.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Biophysical approaches to investigate the mechanism of cell-cell and cell-enviroment interactions, especially the interactions among platelets, leukocytes, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells under various physiological and pathological conditions.
