Hobbies: Yoga practice and teaching, Sudarshan Kriya practice

 

Research interests

 

1.     Studying autonomic nervous system exchange between pre-yoga practice and post-yoga practice by heart rate variability (HRV) analysis.

2.     Developing brain wave mobile android app software for future brain wave study.

3.     Studying breast biomarkers (DHEA, BRCA1, BRCA2 and cortisol) exchange after Sudarshan Kriya practice.

4.     Investigating depression patients brain area exchange under functional MRI after practicing Sudarshan Kriya.
