我們的研究主要在了解生理及病理狀態下的分子作用機制,藉此發展可能的臨床應用方法,特別興趣的是細胞膜醣蛋白分子C-type lectin domain family 14 proteins的生物功能。我們從生化調控及生物機械力調控來探討以下問題:

1. Tubulogenesis in endothelial, epithelial, and cancerous cells

2. Peripheral vascular diseases (angiogenesis and atherosclerosis) and aortic aneurysm

3. Cutaneous and ocular wound healing
